Dripylux is a web and mobile app that allows users to access/purchase branded clothing apparel both home and abroad from the comfort of their homes and offices. Your privacy matters to Dripylux (from now on referred to as “Dripylux”, “we”, “our” or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information about you. It also explains how you can access and update your information and make certain choices about how your information is used. Our Privacy Policy is in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (“NDPR”) 2019.

This Privacy Policy covers activities owned, operated, provided, or made available by Dripylux through web and mobile services, including any websites operated by us, however accessed and/or used, whether via personal computers, mobile devices, or otherwise.

This Privacy Policy also applies to your use of interactive features or other features that we own or control, or are available through the Services.

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create or modify your account, request certain services, contact customer support, or otherwise communicate with us. This information may include: name, email, phone number, postal address, payment method, and other personal information you choose to provide.

Information We Collect Through The Use Of The Services

We and any of our third-party service providers may use a variety of technologies that automatically (or passively) collect certain information whenever you visit or interact with the Services (“Usage Information”). This Usage Information may include the browser that you are using, the URL that referred you to our Services, all of the areas within our Services that you visit, and the time of day, among other information. In addition, we collect your device identifier (i.e. Internet Protocol (“IP”) address or other unique identifier) for your computer, mobile, or other device used to access the Services.

Information Collected By Dripylux

We may collect and use technical data and related information, including but not limited to, technical information about your device, system and application software, and peripherals, that are gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and other services to you (if any) related to such mobile applications.

Dripylux may automatically collect and store, including without limitation, the following information from your device:

• Your preferred language
• The type of internet browsers you are using
• Your geolocation

Transaction details related to your access to the Services or any other service rendered, and other related transaction details, including:

• Information about how you interact with Dripylux, such as how many times you visit the website.
• Information to allow us to personalise the services and content available through Dripylux.

When you join us, you provide us with your contact information and email address. We use this information to send you notifications resulting from your use of the Services, questionnaires to measure your satisfaction with our service, and other announcements that we may have.

When your use of our services involves payment, e.g. when you subscribe, we ask for your credit or debit card details. We use this information only to bill you for the services requested at that time. For your convenience, we may save billing information in case you want to subscribe or make payment on our platform again, but we do not use this information again without your permission.

We may occasionally hire other organisations to provide limited services on our behalf, including but not limited to providing insurance services. We will only provide those organisations with the information they need to deliver those specific services, and they are prohibited from using such information for any other purpose.

Dripylux will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in good faith, believing that such action is necessary to:

• Conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on us;
• Protect and defend the rights or property of Dripylux and its family of solutions;
• Act in the circumstances to protect the personal safety of other users of Dripylux, its applications, or the public.

We may use your information to carry out the following:

• Prevent, discover, and investigate violations of this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use, and to investigate fraud, chargeback, or other matters;
• Closely monitor usage patterns of our services and geographic locations to determine where we should offer or focus services, features, and/or resources.
• Provide your details and the details of your phone to third-party organisations working with us.
• Contact you with regard to your use of the Services and, in our discretion, changes to the Services and/or the Services’ policies.

Dripylux may use the information collected from you for targeted advertising. This involves using information collected on an individual’s web or mobile browsing behaviour, such as the pages they have visited or the searches they have made. This information is then used to select which advertisements should be displayed to a particular individual on websites other than our website. The information collected is only linked to an anonymous cookie ID (alphanumeric number); it does not include any information that could be linked back to a particular person, such as their name, address, or credit card number.

Dripylux uses the information collected from the website to provide the correct app version depending on your device type, for troubleshooting and in some cases, marketing purposes.

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our computer server and to administer our website.

We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our Services are temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email. If you do not wish to receive them, you may be provided with an option of opting out of email notifications.

These third parties will have access to User Information in order to carry out the services they are performing for you or for us. Dripylux cooperates with the government, law enforcement officials, and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. Thus, we may access, use, preserve, transfer, and disclose your information to the government, law enforcement officials, or private parties as we reasonably determine is necessary and appropriate:

• to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, subpoenas, governmental requests, or legal process;
• to protect and/or defend the Terms for the Services or other policies applicable to any of the Services, including investigation of potential violations thereof;
• to protect the safety, rights, property, or security of Dripylux, the Services, or any third party;

• to prevent or stop any activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, an illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity.

When You Share Information

Information may be collected and shared with third-parties if there is content from Dripylux that you specifically and knowingly upload, share with or transmit to an email recipient, website, or to the public, e.g. uploaded media, posted reviews or comments, or information about you or services rendered that you choose to share with others through features which may be provided on our Services. This uploaded, shared or transmitted content will also be subject to the privacy policy of the email, online community website, social media, or other platform to which you upload, share or transmit the content.

Business Transfer

We may share your information with our subsidiaries and affiliates for internal reasons. We also reserve the right to disclose and transfer all such information:

• to a subsequent owner, co-owner or operator of the Services or applicable database; or

We will make good faith efforts to make requested changes in our active databases as soon as reasonably practicable.

You may also cancel or modify your communications that you have elected to receive by following the instructions contained within an email or by logging into your user account and changing your communication preferences, where the option exists.

If upon modifying or changing the information earlier provided, we find it difficult to permit your access to the Services due to insufficiency or inaccuracy of the information, we may, in our sole discretion, terminate your access to the Services by providing you a written notice to this effect via your registered email address.

Kindly contact us if you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you Services. Even after your account is terminated, we will retain some of your information (including email address, geo-location, and transaction history) as needed to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, conclude any activities related to cancellation of an account, investigate or prevent fraud and other inappropriate activity, to enforce our agreements, and for other business reasons.

After a period of time, your data may be anonymized and aggregated, and then may be held by us as long as is necessary for us to provide access to the Services effectively, but our use of the anonymized data will be solely for analytic purposes.

Dripylux has taken strong measures to protect the security of your personal information and to ensure that your choices for its intended use are honoured. We take strong precautions to protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

The information we collect is securely stored within our databases, and we use standard, industry-wide, commercially reasonable security practices such as encryption, firewalls, and Secure Socket Layers (“SSL”) for protecting your information. However, as effective as encryption technology may be, kindly note that any information you transmit to Dripylux is done at your own risk, and we recommend that you take necessary steps to ensure that information you supply to us is not intercepted while being transmitted to us over the internet or wireless communication. We strongly recommend that you do not disclose your password to anyone.

Your personal information is never shared outside Dripylux without your permission except under conditions explained above. Inside Dripylux, data is stored in password-controlled servers with limited access. Your information may be stored and processed in Nigeria or any other country where Dripylux, its subsidiaries, affiliates, or agents are located.

You also have a significant role in protecting your information. No one can see or edit your personal information without knowing your username and password, so do not share these with others.

From time to time, we may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our information practices. Any changes will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Privacy Policy. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by email (sent to your registered email address) or using a notice on the Services prior to the change becoming effective. If you choose not to register or provide personal information, you may still be able to use some of Dripylux’s Services, but you will not be able to access areas that require registration.

If you decide to register, you may be able to select the kinds of information you want to receive from us. If you do not want us to communicate with you in respect of other offers and information regarding Dripylux’s solutions, products, programs, or services by email, postal mail, or telephone, you may select the option in the appropriate feature stating that you do not wish to receive marketing messages from Dripylux.

Dripylux may occasionally allow other organisations or third parties to offer our registered customers information about their products and services via email or postal mail. If you do not want to receive these offers, you may select the option stating that you do not wish to receive marketing materials from third parties in the appropriate feature or unsubscribe from receiving such information in the appropriate section of the marketing email.

We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you (“Personal Information”) or allows us to contact you. Generally, this information is requested when you register on Dripylux. We use your Personal Information for four primary purposes:

• To make the Solution easier for you to use by not having to enter information more than once;
• To help you quickly find services or information;
• To help us create content most relevant to you; and
• To alert you to product upgrades, special offers, updated information, and other new services from Dripylux.

We will provide you with the means to ensure that your Personal Information is correct and current. You may review and update this information at any time in the Settings menu. There, you can view and edit personal information you have already given us.
